Phyllis Rochester, Ph.D.

Phyllis Rochester, Ph.D., is Team Lead for the Program Evaluation and Partnership Team in the Comprehensive Cancer Control Branch of the Division of Cancer Prevention and Control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  She has over 20 years experience in public health chronic disease programs at local, state and national levels with 15 years of this experience specific to cancer control.  Since coming to CDC in 1999, she has worked to develop and support various aspects of comprehensive cancer control most particularly around evaluation and partnership issues, as well as strategic planning for programs.
